I bring to every event I organize, and every company or project I represent, the same energy with which I stepped onto the court: determination, listening, team spirit, and the certainty that, even in the most difficult moments, one can always find the strength to get back up.
I grew up with a racket in my hand and a dream in my heart: to become a professional and play on Centre Court at Wimbledon.
I was born in Latina on June 28, 1981, and lived in Val di Fiemme, amidst the mountains of Trentino. Sport has always been part of my life: first swimming, cross-country running, cross-country skiing… then tennis, which became my home.
At 12, I was called up to the Federal Technical Center, and from there began my journey in the national youth teams, a journey that would take me to the most important courts in the world.
I traveled the world for years facing the best tennis players on the international circuit. One of the greatest dreams was stepping onto and playing on the Centre Court at Wimbledon, a moment that alone is worth a lifetime of sacrifices.
But the dream didn't stop there. I managed to go further, achieving goals that seemed impossible at the time: winning Roland Garros in doubles in 2007, becoming the first Italian to conquer a Grand Slam in that specialty, reaching world ranking No. 27 in singles and No. 5 in doubles, and winning the 2006 Fed Cup with the Italian National Team.

In one of the most complex moments of my path, a pilgrimage to Medjugorje marked a profound turning point in my personal and spiritual journey. From there was born the desire to tell the whole story: not just the trophies lifted, but also the fears, the falls, the fragility, and the strength of faith that helped me get back up.
Today I organize sports events related to tennis, pickleball, padel, and charity, collaborating with various entities and putting sport at the service of people. I am the author of books in which I tell the behind-the-scenes of a life made of challenges, choices, and transformations.
